HAWTHORN HOUSE, PLASSEY TECHNOLOGY PARK, LIMERICK

This project has just reached completion stage and has achieved LEED GOLD Certification along with a provisional BER Rating of B2. As Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultants on the project, we provided the design of central VRV Air Conditioning plant, water services, fire fighting services, solar photo-voltaic renewable energy panels and general electrical services. The building is a modern 4 storey 5,000 sqm office building and the services were designed for multi tenant occupancy.
