GARDENS INTERNATIONAL, HENRY STREET, LIMERICK

We provided the Mechanical, Electrical, Energy and Lift Services on this award winning office building project. The 6 storey building was constructed with a total floor area of approximately 10,000 sqm including basement car parking. The development also included the upgrade works to the existing protected structures i.e. Mercantile Building, GPO Building and the Hanging Gardens Building. The project was awarded LEED GOLD Certification and achieved a BER Rating of A3. Low energy designs included highly efficient cooling systems incorporating thermal storage and free cooling chillers. Solar panels were provided as part of the renewal energy contribution.

We are currently involved in the design of the mechanical and electrical services fit-out for Nordic Aviation Capital - Category A and Category B Fit-Out.
