ONE AIRPORT AVENUE, SHANNON, CO. CLARE

We recently completed the mechanical, electrical, lift and energy design services on this new construction project. The building is a 5,500 sqm, 4 storey modern office building with external car parking. The engineering services design included central heating and cooling plant, solar photo-voltaic panels, hot and cold water services, fire fighting services, general electrical services and MV/LV electrical power installation. A full BMS installation was provided to monitor and control all mechanical services plant and record energy usage by the building tenants. This project achieved LEED GOLD status and a provisional BER B1 Rating.
