Nenagh Housing Development, Cormac Drive, Co Tipperary

Construction of 12 No. new social housing units comprising a mix of 3 bed and 2 bed units including disabled persons accommodation to an existing housing estate at Cormac Drive. Completed on behalf of Tipperary County Council, these houses were designed and constructed to achieve extremely high levels of thermal performance and air tightness to ensure a high level BER rating.
