This project consisted of a phased development on an occupied site. The preliminary phase involved the upgrade of the main pitch to a synthetic 4G surface and the upgrade of the sports lighting and lighting control system. The second phase of the works completed included design and construction of a new state of the art High Performance Centre which included all administrative and support facilitates to sustain a professional Rugby Club. The accommodation includes a half-sized synthetic indoor pitch for skills training, physio rooms, analysis rooms, elite and club level changing facilities, a training kitchen, boardrooms, meetings rooms and open plan office areas. The building was designed to meet NZEB standards and achieved an A3 BER.
