Construction of a new 7,500m2 bio-medical production facility for the Genetic Therapy manufacturer MeiraGTx. The building was designed to facilitate the fit out of Clean Rooms, Laboratories, Changing Rooms, Open plan office areas, meeting / conference rooms, cellular offices, Quality Laboratories, Server Rooms, stores and warehouse facilities and plantroom areas.
