Construction of a new 5,400m2 4 storey LEED Gold rated office building with raised access floors throughout, a central services core including duplex lifts, main entrance/reception foyer and services risers. External services included above ground car parking with access barrier controls, EV Charging, and CCTV, emergency power generator compound, MV and LV electrical switch rooms.
