Ballyminogue Housing Development, Co Clare

Construction of 18 No. new social housing units including 2 No. 3 bed apartments, 12 no. 2 bed apartments, 2 no. 3 bed houses and 2 No. 1 bed apartments. Completed on behalf our Clare County Council, these houses were designed and constructed to achieve extremely high levels of thermal performance and air tightness to ensure a high level BER rating.
