This project involved the construction of a new four-storey (including basement) student services building on the University of Limerick campus. With a total floor area of 3,700 m², the new student centre building accommodates a triple-height entrance atrium, a 190-seat auditorium/debating chamber, gaming rooms, music performance rooms, lecture/teaching rooms, student club rooms, meeting/consultation rooms, radio and TV studios, and welfare facilities. The building was designed to meet NZEB standards and achieved an A3 BER.
