Heating and Cooling Plant at Gardens International

The installation of large heating and cooling plant at Gardens International  within a compact size plantroom presented a challenge for ourselves as designers and the contractors as installers. Using Revit / BIM software, we succeeded in planning and coordinating  a layout of boilers, chillers, vessels, free cooling water stations, pipework, pumps, calorifiers etc that could easily be accessed and serviced. The mechanical installation was provided out by LMC Group with the electrical services being provided by Brian Healy Electrical Ltd.
