UPDATE FROM THE MD

Well, the year is flying!  It has been a great year for business.  We have had many very interesting projects to work on such as the A380 Aircraft Painting Hangar in Shannon, the Gardens International Commercial Offices Project in Limerick, Limerick Prison, One Airport Avenue Commercial Offices Shannon, Element 6 Industrial Diamond Manufacturing facility in Shannon, Donegal Plaza, Castletroy Park Hotel Development, Sports Pitches Developments at Carlow IT and at University of Limerick, the New Students Centre Development at UL, the Watson Building at UCC to name but a few.

For the first time we have been successful in securing work at University College Cork with the Fitout of a floor within the Watson Building.  We have also been successful in securing a contract for both the Category A and Category B Fitouts for over 4,000m2 of office space within Gardens International for a high profile client.

Thanks to our specialist, state of the art inhouse skills such as BER, Ashrae Energy Modelling for LEED Certification, REVIT 3D Drawing and Building Thermal Dynamic Simulation Modelling, we have been able to bring added value to our clients.

We look forward to a very busy and prosperous 2019.
